In the last couple of months I was really frustrated with Spywares, Keyloggers, Viruses, Malwares, Popup Ads, etc. I was looking for some Anti-Spyware utility from which I could get rid of them, without having to pay too much of money. I surprisingly found that Google now also provides a great free Anti-Spyware utility – Spyware doctor. I downloaded and installed this utility, and man, I have to say that it was very impressive. Just one smart scan (not full scan) of this anti-spyware found 130 viruses, 220 Critical Cookies and 119 Spywares on my machine. Man! No wonder why my machine was running so slow.

I have always been impressed by the quality of products which Google provides to its users and that too free of cost. Google is currently providing a starter edition of Spyware Doctor which nicely detects and removes spyware, adware, trojans and keyloggers from your machine. Keyloggers are very threatening for personal security because using them, someone, somewhere is snooping on your bank account and looking at passwords that you type. Its a big threat to your personal security! Spyware Doctor also includes smart updates and scheduling to protect your PC.

To eliminate viruses, spywares, etc, Google also gives Norton Security Scan for free! This is another well known nice utility which can eliminate viruses and internet worms. The scheduled scanning and free updates detection also comes free with Norton security Scan.

Beside this – Google also provides the following bunch of great softwares to make your life much easier! I have installed all of them on my machine and they are pretty cool! Here I am listing a few of the new software which Google pack provides -

1. Mozilla Firefox with Google Toolbar – Download this software to browse web quickly and securely. Switch between pages quickly and tabbed browsing.

2. Google Earth – Use this to zoom from space to street level — Take the world tour,

Find maps, driving directions, hotels, restaurants, and more.

3. Google Desktop – Try this to find all your email, files, web history, and more very quickly

This is just a small list of some of them. There are a bunch of other such nice utilities also which are freely downloadable – I recommend everyone to definitely give them a try.
