Download programs only from reliable source. You should make sure that the software programs that you’re downloading come from a genuine and reliable source.

Use updated and Authentic Antispyware programs. There are many different software programs that you can use. However, you should make sure that they’re genuine. Other programs could only do so much, and do more damage than good. Also, make sure to update them online because these malicious programs are piling up fast.

Reinstall OS. If your Operating system has been infected by spywares, and it’s already too late to repair the registry because it has already been damaged, or some of them could not be removed, you can reinstall your operating system to ensure that everything in it has been deleted. Newly installed OS, surely is one way to protect yourself from spyware.
